After years of consulting and running other certified programs it was time to put all that experience and all those extra question our clients had into an education system that really covers everything we think a master in the coffee industry needs to know.

The courses are focused on teaching the essential theoretical knowledge while focusing on real world issues and practical skills needed to feel not only confident but to understand how to deal with the great coffee industry.

Raf & Co Master of Coffee Diploma

If you wish to show your skills and prove you are really a coffee master our diploma will fulfil your need.

The diploma can only be taken one a student has passed the advanced levels of all our courses.

After passing all the courses the student will come for a four day exam where all their skills we be tested.

The exams will test the students ability to choose coffees, roast coffees correctly and then show skills for quality control and brewing ability.
